Warranty Policy
WARRANTY
All our products come with a 12-month warranty period. If any issues arise within the first year of receiving your order, we’re here to assist. We offer complimentary repairs or replacements during this period. Should the warranty expire, you can still obtain parts for repairs at an additional cost. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority.
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, except in case of sale items. You have 14 days for sale items. The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, including all original materials such as the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging. A valid return must also include the invoice, your order number, or other relevant information. Returns can be processed at our warehouse in Hungary. Items that are being returned must be in re-saleable condition.
REFUNDS
Upon acceptance of your return, you are responsible for sending the item back at your own expense, unless the item sold is faulty, following our provided instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at info@timebladeguild.com. Once we receive the return, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email by our returns department upon receipt of your product, detailing the progress. Refunds will be issued on the day the product is received and reviewed for completeness.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
Orders are processed promptly upon submission, making changes or cancellations challenging. For orders made within the last 24 hours, contact us for assistance. Note that once an order has shipped, there is a fee for changing the shipping address. Please be mindful of this before confirming your order.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. Contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
