Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your package, please ensure that the provided address is accurate and comprehensive, including correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information, if applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from inaccurate address information entered during purchase. Shipments are dispatched from various warehouses, and delivery times vary accordingly.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a distinct processing period, separate from the transit time once the carrier picks up the package from our fulfillment center. Standard domestic and international orders typically require 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) for processing.
CHANGE OR CANCEL
Orders are initiated for processing immediately upon submission, making changes or cancellations unlikely. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for assistance. Note that once shipped, changing the shipping address incurs a fee. Be mindful of this before confirming your order.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Most orders originate from our main European fulfillment center, with an estimated shipping period of 7-14 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, may cause shipping delays. While we strive for on-time delivery, exact delivery times are not guaranteed, and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If a non-delivery issue arises or your tracking indicates delivery without reception, contact us within ten days to initiate a claim. We’ll guide you through the claims process, which may take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier. We do not assume responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and no refunds or credits are issued in such cases.
TRACKING
Tracking information is provided for every order and becomes available once the product is shipped. Given that products may ship from different fulfillment centers globally, each with unique tracking, feel free to seek assistance in tracking your order upon receiving the tracking number.
SHIPPING FEES AND CUSTOMS
Shipping and VAT are covered for orders within the European Union, eliminating the need for custom procedures. For worldwide shipping and countries outside the European Union, additional fees apply. Please note that we do not cover customs clearance and/or custom VAT duties and fees for these shipments. Customers are responsible for paying these fees separately. We do not assume any responsibility for the consequences of incorrect or non-payment of these charges.
