Refund and return policy
Timeblade Guild has a 14-day return policy. This means, you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.Â
The return policy is applicable for all the countries.
The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. The return must include all the materials that came with the original shipping, including the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or other information.
Refunds
To initiate a return, you must contact Timebladeguild at info@timebladeguild.com. When your return is accepted, you will have to send your item back at your own cost and follow our instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The processing time generally takes approximately 3-5 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email, letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds after the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.
Change and cancellation
We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore, it’s very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that once your order has been shipped, there is a fee to change the shipping address.
Cancellation Fees
 A 5-10% fee applies to order cancellations. These non-reversible fees cover the processing costs of your order. Please be certain you want the product before completing your purchase.Â
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
